WEEK 11 Pre-nailing the wall framing

WEEK10 START TO FIX WALL FRAMING

We started to fix the wall framing last Friday.

after check and adjust the flush to boundary joists, the square of the corners and plumb of the wall framing,we fix the braces to reinforce the wall framing.

WEEK10 FINISHED THE FLOORING

Today we finished the Unitec house flooring, I was very happy!

WEEK 9 FLOORING

We used perforated aluminum foil laid on the Unitec house before finished the nogs that supported the wall framing.

the foil and the tool for having a sag of 100mm

               we choose sheet flooring to lay on the Unitec house. The size of sheet is 120mmx360mm.used Particleboard for dry area and used Plyboard for wet area. We laid on the sheets from the centre of the floor outwards for areas first for prevented not to be distortion or be broken, and fixed sheet material with 60x2.8mm H.D galv. Nails at 150mm cross around sheet and 300mm cross to intermediate supports.
